 In-Stock Bowls — Orders ship the same business day and arrive within 3 days to any address in Canada.
Please note: logo approval is required before we can ship your bowls. 

 Online Purchases — Our website currently processes all transactions in US dollars.

 An invoice will be issued in CAD, and payment can be completed via the link provided on the invoice. 

 Warranty — We offer a 9-year money-back or replacement warranty on all bowl sets against manufacturing defects.
Each bowl is date-stamped to clearly show its warranty expiration date.

 Bowl Weight — Every bowl we stock is Heavy. This is the only weight option available. 

Custom Logos — Yes, we offer custom logos.

• Stock logo from Henselite.com: Under C$50, with up to 6 months for manufacturing, decorating, and shipping.
   
• Your own logo: C$100 for a one-color design, also with up to 6 months for completion.

Tiger Lawn Bowls Grip — All Tiger bowls feature the Mega Grip, a continuous dimple pattern with a C-series grip inside a U shaped valley for superior control and comfort.

For custom orders in sizes 3 or 4, you can choose Tiger bowls with no grip or C-series grip.
